It has been just over three years. Yes, we’re late… but worth the wait!
In that time, Joy Factory has grown up a little bit, added a few characters to our story, and made a few more dad jokes than necessary.

As much as podcastin’ is becoming more and more popular lately – there was even a sketch about it on Portlandia and all the cool kids are doing it – we just wanted to try something new to share with you guys. Recently, we went to Terry O’Reilly’s lecture at Thompson Rivers University, and one of his many great points, was that its important to break the rules of ordinary …but to do so creatively. So, we did. We picked up some bombers and spent the last hour of a Friday’s work just chatting about what’s going on with us. Being creative isn’t always in-your-face-awesome-ness. Sometimes, its about accepting the lulls in life and musing through whatever is going on at the time.

Our latest podcast is not groundbreaking. Its not mind-blowing. Its just a hang out with your favourite film fam. We invite you to find a cozy blanket, a cup of coffee, and tune in – or do some Sunday housework with our lush voices as background noise. Its full of #ThingsThatLiamSays and Neil laughs, a bit of Ghost Josef, and yeah, some ‘froesin’ it.

As Mary Lou Cook once said, “Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.”

So, yeah, there will definitely be more of these podcast-like-things in the future.
